Moe`s Soutdwest Grill in Green Bay

This is an underated spot for grrat food. The wrong Doug is a monster of a meal and easily can be shared with two people. It can be a bit difficult to order as they have a glass wall between you and the food - be sure to speak up when they are preparing it!

The best queso ever!

Poor service! Placed my order at 10am via their app for a 5:30 curbside pickup. My daughter's waited for 2 hours and employees were rude. When I got there and asked about the order, they couldn't even find a print out for it to be made and overheard they were out of the product. At least I'm supposed to see a refund soon.

Awesome...Can't say enough about the great food and all decient prices.

Terrible...nobody acknowledged our presence for like 8 minutes after we walked in and we were standing right in front of the order spot. Not friendly/ bad customer service, cold food. Will not return. Qdoba way better.

The staff were great. We stopped after the Trump rally. It was close to closing but they did not turn us away. Thank you Moe's

Just picked up my order. Ordered nachos with steak. Charged extra $2.00 for steak and there is 3 pieces of steak in my nachos. Ordered side of queso. Charged extra $2.25. Did not receive any queso. I live 20 minutes away and am not happy

I originally wrote this review on Feb 11th, and sent via Messenger.Their seemed to be some employee conflict behind the line tonight. It was apparent that one of your employee's (name tag missing) thought it was more important to check their phone out back instead if assisting those on the line. Jenny, Fawn, and Christopher were awesome. The other person who was not wearing a name tag who took my family's order, is the main reason why i am writing you this review via messenger. She was rude, impatient, and lacking in customer service skills over all. She gave off the impression that she has places she would rather be, and is their just for a paycheck.

I recently had my first Moe’s experience. I can’t not describe the excitement I had when I walked through the doors and heard “welcome to Moe’s.” My belly was aching with starvation as I looked at their menu. Everything sounded amazing but my mind kept chanting “home wrecker” over and over again. When I received my home wrecker burrito I knew I would never look at another burrito the same way. When I say my burrito was thick I mean it was THICK...as the kids say it now day’s...thick with 2 C’s. Don’t even get me started on the salsa bar. But since I’ve started...the salsa bar was freaking amazing. I love spicy salsa. To the point where my tongue no longer has feeling. That is what I had experienced at Moe’s. My tongue was numb but I could still feel the party that was going on in my mouth because that salsa was banging. To conclude my Moe’s experience I would just like to say. Try it. That’s it. Mic drop. Literally Taco Bell is quaking.

Queso. Queso. Queso. This place is awesome for Mexican inspired food. Great burritos and awesome prices. But for real, the queso is incredible. Go see my man Christopher. He gives great customer service and makes sure you leave satisfied with your food. Go here and try the queso!!! It’s all good!!!

Food is always fresh and delicious! Free chips and salsa is an added bonus! The staff is always polite, courteous, and completes order correctly.

I have always wanted to try Moe's again as I haven't had it since highschool. I guess it didn't leave much of an impression. Anyway, about a month ago I went there with my friends. The staff is so rude! From reviews on here and talking with others that's how they treat customers here. I decided to give it another shot as perhaps she was having a bad day. Well I believe the manager helped me today and he was just as rude as his staff. It's really easy to smile. they don't do that here, just get irritable. Then I finally sit down to enjoy my food. So cold I had to reheat it! Done! So done!

Similar to Qdoba with a good selection of fresh ingredients. Not as busy as the fox outlet next door and the workers were very friendly. Was busy the whole time we were there, but never was crowded or uncomfortable.

EVERY time I've been here the wait is unbelievably long and not because there are a bunch of customers. They just take forever. I only come here because my wife and kids like it. The food is fine but it's kinda pricey I would say and they are just SOOOO SLOW.

If you want moes i recommend a week day, when no one is out of work. Its always super busy. Food is decent for the price you pay. But its nothing special. Never order online, it will never work, i recomend going in person or calling directly. Expect to wait about an hour with how staff is handling the covid issues.

Extremely disrespectful management. We are a group of dancers with an amazing ballet show performing in this city, I was trying to order lunch for us and manager said he will not accept my payment because he doesn't trust us. Thaks for being so welcoming Green Bay!!!!

Food was ok but their working station was dirty, food everywhere...Hope they fix that.

Great staff, clean every time and good is excellent. Guacamole was a bit on the salty side this time but otherwise food is amazing.

Service was bad and by the time they finished giving us our food it was cold.

The lady taking my order was very impatient, and rude. There was no one behind me in line but couldn't get done with me fast enough. The food wasn't very good. I don't think I'll go back. Qdoba right down the road.

Katie, Chris, and Melissa went above and beyond for a special request that I had made. It was fun and brought a smile to my face! I hope it brought some happiness to their day as well. It was refreshing to see people still having fun with their jobs. Evening though they didn't have much time, the results were beyond my expectations. Thank you again!

Not Chipotle or Qdoba but it’s not bad. Fairly priced and you get chips with your burrito. I didn’t like the salsas.

Just tried calling in to place a carry out order. The woman who answered was annoyed I didn't order online. Said the only way to order was that way. She said "I guess I can place an online order for you". She told me to just come in and order. I am at work and wanted to have it ready for me by the time I got there. Rude customer service I will never go here again.

Place was terrible. Food was cold. employees had bad attitudes and were on the phones. Only 1 lady was cleaning and was positive

Food was delicious however, I attempted to call in my order to make things easier as I wanted specific items to go with my taco kit. I was rudely told to order online twice or walk in and order which means a longer wait. So I arrived at the store, and due to other online orders I waited 10 minutes to be able to order my taco kit, 10 minutes is the amount of time it takes me to arrive. When I arrived it appears they are more worried about online than walk in service, the two people behind the counter were very unfriendly and rude, this seems to be a regular occurrence lately when we choose to enjoy Moe’s for dinner. We have been customers for 12 years, lately the service has been terrible. Yes I recommend the food, however I caution anyone that has to deal with the women behind the counter. Okay, if I remember correctly the rude one was Angie, May need to contact the franchise corporate headquarters.

Always clean.. staff is always pleasant: big "Welcome to Moe's!" when we come in.. fancy soda machine that they take care of - my drink doesn't taste like whatever the person before me had.. their layout is easy to see and the staff presents options with explanations instead of pushingOverall, Moe's is one of our favorite places to go for a quick and good meal.

As always moes is a win!! If you can get in there on a Monday the price is even better. # MoeMonday

The Moe Monday deal is fantastic! We ate lots of chips and tried all the salsas, had several bites of our burritos, and then had plenty left over for lunch the next day. What a deal! Customer service was friendly.

Delicious lend-your-own ingredients. Friendly staff, warm and cordial atmosphere. Dependably good, year after year.

I order delivery (using a variety of different services) at least twice a week. Every single time, it is spot on. They're always faster than I expect. I really appreciate the consistency. Ironically, I've never even stepped foot into their restaurant.

Both chicken and steak is amazing on whatever entree you choose. My absolute favorite party of this place is their thick creamy salty queso, must add.

Delicious options and choices. Burritos were wrapped professionally and done at a quick pace with ease. Their pricing is better than Qdoba's and staff are nicer too.

Tables are pretty beat up. Everything tastes so salty. Back door slams when people leave & it's ridiculously loud. The beverage machine is Almost a good idea but.Employees are trying to do their thing & do a good job so I don't want to punish them.I'd describe this restaurant as Qdoba with a salt addiction

The woman that helped me gave me a hard time. All I asked is if she could change her gloves because I saw her clean with a dirty rag with the same gloves she touched my food with. And she argued the food is fine and her gloves were still sanitary. Gross.. absolutely nasty. The only reason this isn’t a one star is because one gentlemen was very kind about the situation and had her remake my food.

So good. Love being able to customize exactly what I want. The ingredients taste fresh and chips are made fresh every day. Highly recommend. Go on a Monday for the best deal, or Sundays kids eat for free I believe with paid adult meal.

Place is the cheapest around for what you get. Monday’s are a good deal but around lunchtime time is the the busiest. I think the only thing the place needs is a update they change the walls but it’s dark and the tables are pretty bad. Would still go here then the other 2.
